Copy and Paste File to save as Blob in the table

Idea Summary
We can browser and select files to upload and save in table as blob.

Use Case
Users want to use snipping tool and instead of saving to driver and then again on page browser and selecting want to directly paste in the region/item on Oracle APEX page to save as blob in the table. 

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Use should be able to copy and paste file from clipboard on Oracle APEX page if files are copies from folder then there will be names and types so same will be used but if directly copies from sniping tool then an autogenreated name as jpeg can be used while saving the file.

This is planned for a future APEX release.
