App Builder: Dev Productivity: Add a text search on the Icon / Image Picker

Idea Summary
In the App Builder, there are several places where you can select an image or a Font APEX icon to go onto a label - for example, in Shared Components > Lists > List Details > Create/Edit. Image/Class Item.  This allows you to pick an image or a Font APEX icon, and allows you to select by category only.  With many hundred icons in Font APEX, all having reasonably descriptive names, it's much easier to search for ‘pause’ or ‘ai’ that to try to guess which category they have been placed in.  I typically find picking an icon takes me several minutes.  Yes, you could search on apex.oracle.com/fontapex – but it would be much more productive if the Application Builder icon finders allowed you to do that search in-situ.

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.

    Good recommendation. I usually use the browser's ctrl-f to search on screen. By typing in the text such as “ai” to jump to those icons with text “ai” in the name. I agree that this should be added to Apex itself as a native feature.
