Idea Summary
For all APEX region types, especially reports, the headers cannot be fixed. To do this, your own CSS and JS fragments have to be implemented, which runs counter to the low-code or no-code ideas. When you scroll the report, the headers disappear upwards and can no longer be read. This makes the rReport more difficult to use.

In the region template, a property could switch on this "sticky" mode, similar to the other properties that already exist. The region types should be Report, Tab Container
