Vertical labels within a bar of a vertical bar chart

Idea Summary
In the past, it was possible with AnyChart to display the value vertically within a vertical bar in a bar chart (see screenshot). After the introduction of Oracle JET, this is no longer possible, although it should actually be one of the basic features.

Use Case
These options should be available to meet the requirements of the client, e.g. customer or managing director of your own company. 

Preferred Solution (Optional)
It does not matter whether this setting is made declaratively or with the help of JavaScript.  Optionally, the font type, font size etc. should be adjustable.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that it is unlikely to make its way into APEX in the foreseeable future.

    Until JET offers this kind of chart, APEX cannot make it declarative. In the meantime, it's possible to integrate other charting engine as a plugin.
