Idea Summary
Have de ability to put an icon in all page item types.

Use Case
When you create a form with different page items, you can configure the icon in some of them and not in others. For example, in a text field, number field and popup LOV it is possible. On the other hand, in a date picker or text area it is not possible. 

The idea is that all types of pages items that can be set in a form have the icon configuration.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Add the icon field into the appearance configuration.
