Idea Summary
In the current online world it is common to have a clock picker for selecting a time

This is more user friendly and easier to use than to have two lists for hour and minute

I know there is a commercial plugin ClockPicker (1.7.0) for this already.
But it would be nice if there was a native page item for this
And that it would be implemeneted in the datepicker as well.
