Add animation to Percent Graph page item

Idea Summary
Add two settings to the Percent Graph page item:

  1. Animation type (i.e. moving crossbar)
  2. Animation enabled

Those attributes should support substitutions. I.e. enabling the animation through visible switch page item or hidden programmatically set item.

Use Case
In addition to the progress value, users should understand if a process is still running or it's completed.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that due to all the internal implications we need to take into account, it is unlikely to make its way into APEX.

    You are correct that APEX could benefit from a spinner or loading component, however this is not the role of the percent graph page item, which was designed to simply show a static percentage value of a bar component.
