Idea Summary
Provide a feature in Oracle APEX Popup LOV that allows users to enter a list of active values for selection and also a feature to display inactive resources in forms.

Use Case
The Lov Popup, when used with a list that can contain active and inactive records, generates the following situation during its lifecycle: Creating a record that contains an active value that later becomes inactive generates a blank query in the user's view. The problem is further compounded when the developer needs it to be persisted in memory for other processes and continues to appear to the user.

With this option it would be possible to work more cohesively with the functionality of the item, making it possible to avoid costly and unnecessary adaptations to the front, thus making it easier to develop with this component.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Addition of a switch to show/hide inactive in the list of values section where we can choose the field that does this control.
