New parameter "priority" for APEX_MAIL

Idea Summary
At the moment, it's not possible to set the priority of a mail neither declarative in Page Builder nor via the PL/SQL API.

This is not a duplicate of FR-3694.

My request is about the prio of a specific mail, you can set in any mail programm.

FR-3694 is about the internal handling in the mail queue.

Please reopen the idea!

Since nobody at Oracle has elaborated, I think they're misunderstanding what both ideas are asking.

FR-3717 is asking for a way to set the priority flag on the email. This is part of RFC 6758 and is supported in Outlook and other email clients. These are controlled by a header, “Importance”, or it's alternatives “X-Priority” and “Priority”.
