Enable workflow initiator to claim tasks

Idea Summary
Currently the initiator of a workflow instance is not able to claim a task in the workflow even if he / she is in the list of potential task owners. This should be made configurable.

Use Case
While the current restriction makes sense in some cases (e.g. prevent self approvals) in other cases it would be useful to allow the workflow initiator to perform some tasks in the workflow as well.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Ideally this could be defined in the workflow activity configuration of the tasks.
This would allow the same task to be used with or without the restriction in different contexts.

This has been delivered in Oracle APEX 24.1!

    Maybe be a flag could be introduced in the Approval Task definition, controlling whether the exclusion of the initiator is required.
    If this was set to default “Yes”, the current behavior would be maintained.
