Define naming standard

Idea Summary
As some naming standards are present in APEX for example: When I creating a new page item and it automatically defines the item name with a prefix (<P100_>ITEM_NAME), I would like to define my own Naming Standards for other component types as well.

Use Case
Everytime when I create a new component like LOV, Page Process, Validation, Page item, Dynamic Action, Authorization Schemes and so on, it initializes the name with the corresponding naming standard.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
An editable IG in the Utilities where I can edit my Naming Standards and apply it for my Workspace. The standards can be exported and imported to different workspaces. Image example: SQL Data Modeler.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that due to all the internal implications we need to take into account, it is unlikely to make its way into APEX.
