LOV with multiple columns UI change

Idea Summary
If LOVs (in Popup LOV) with multiple columns show only one column in the display (as the other columns might be used to assign items on selection), then the LOV should NOT display the column header.

Use Case
It just makes thes LOVs items to not display consistently

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Make that if only 1 columns is being displayed in an Popup LOV then do not display the column header

This is a great idea! You can already achieve this in APEX today with a slightly different approach.
