Idea Summary
BI Pubilsher has a small advantage in that its “.rtf” template files appear in the APEX search. 

Use Case
Apps can have dozens of AOP docx templates. If the user wants to change the wording across the app as a whole… or if the developer needs to find all references say to a specific column… its helpful to see what AOP templates reference it and where.

Preferred Solution
Either provide this out-of-the-box as “search across app”… or at the very least allow us to search within the contents of a “docx” or “excel” from the “static application files” page.

This isn't as hard to do as you might think. See conversation with ChatGPT. Its not the kind of thing we devs can do easilly, but having it built-in to APEX would be a nice win.

But why can't we just download the static application files as a single zip file and search it via windows search feature? Eh… annoying to have to do this everytime. How about sync with APEX Nitro? OK you're a cool person if you know about APEX Nitro. The vast majority of us aren't that cool!
