Set Favicon for all the applications in a workspace

Idea Summary
If client has a workspace with many applications, they might want to have one favicon for all the applications in their workspace. Earlier, the client could upload favicon as workspace image and then reference it unter Shared Components > User Interface Attributes > Favicon HTML. However, this feature has been deprecated. Currently, no opportunity seems to be available to set the same Favicon for all the applications, apart from manually uploading this Favicon in every application. If the Favicon needs to be changed in the future, it would have to be manually changed in every application, instead of just changing it once in the Workspace Images. Therefore, it would be nice to keep the option of Favicon HTML in future APEX Releases or provide an alternative solution for the use case described

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that due to all the internal implications we need to take into account, it is unlikely to make its way into APEX.
