For RESTful services, add an option on the ORDS Handler Definition for the format to be Excel

Idea Summary
Currently, the ODS Handler allows for the outgoing format to be JSON or CSV.  Add  an option for the format to be XLSX

Use Case
Cases when RESTful services are being called by web frameworks such as Angular, React, etc.  Web framework will call RESTful end point and receive a XLSX based on parameters passed in.  

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Add a format option that supports XLSX

We reviewed this idea carefully and came to the conclusion that it does not constitute an appropriate APEX feature request.

    Although ORDS Handlers are being maintained within APEX, ORDS is actually a different product; and enhancement ideas for ORDS should thus be shared with the ORDS team. You might reach to ORDS people on their forum:
