For Developers; Ability to Select all Page Items (Columns) of the Same Type Automatically using LOV

Idea Summary
When editing a page, many times the developer needs to make the same changes/settings to all the page items (or columns) that are the same type.  Currently, each item must be select with Ctrl+Click to select multiple items.  It would be great if there was a way to select all items of the same time at once; would be faster and would reduce the possibility of missing one.

Use Case
An example: If you want to set all the Rich Text Editor items to use HTML instead of Markdown; you could select all of them at one time to make the changes.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Maybe an LOV on the Region name when user right-clicks showing all used item types, allowing the user to select one or many.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that it is unlikely to make its way into APEX in the foreseeable future.
