Idea Summary
Currently you can download a blob, but lacks the ability to natively open a blob source that is recognizable by a browser (PDF) without adding additional processes and java scripting.

Use Case
PDF documents stored in table.  As a user have the ability to pick a blob document from a report and have it open in browser to view.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Add additional attribute for open in new tab or window.
