Change the UI presentation (tile?) for Export

Idea Summary
Import is a top-level thing under App Builder. Export is a 2nd-level thing under App Builder > Workspace Utilities.

Use Case
For developers

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Either change the Import tile to be Import/Export, and move the export functions under this. Or, add a tile for Export similar to Import, and move the functions to this tile.

This idea has been closed due to the lack of community activity during the period since it was submitted.
