customize the standard email format when downloading reports (Classic or Interactive Grid) to an e-mail address.

Idea Summary
That would be nice if we could change the standard email format via some parameters (in the Share Components - email templates or a new section e.g.) such as the subject, body text, website address and a footer.

Use Case
So far it's possible to have somewhere a similar functionality with APEX Office Print (AOP) but it comes with a subscription and for simply sending a report result of a Classic Report or Interactive Grid, it may not need the features that offer AOP.

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.

    if possible add options when we are selecting send via email options:-

    classic/IR  data on email body or as attachment. at present it is coming as attachment but there is some small data we want to send thorugh email in mail body.

    second if we made the columns as avator/image in IR report it should be send thorugh email.
