Refresh Single Row of Interactive & Classic Report and Card Region

Idea Summary
In many situations, we only need to refresh a single row of an Interactive Report, Classic Report and Card Region.

Currently, APEX does not support single row refresh on these components. We have to do a full refresh of the region which is slow and not very user friendly…

This is a must for any modern framework…

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.

    This is a better idea than FR-1843, which does not allow for a number of potential issues.
