Oracle EBS Theme for custom apps

Idea Summary
Provide Oracle EBS  R12 Theme 

Use Case
Many customers who use Oracle EBS R12 are now using APEX to extend their applications. 
Due to lack to EBS theme  Developer try to create their own templates/UI and User Experience is not good and it also creates issues around Digital Accessibility. 
Our customer especially in Public Sector need to comply with DA requirements. 

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Create a Theme Style for Oracle EBS R12 in Universal Theme or create a new Theme altogether.

This idea has been closed due to the lack of community activity during the period since it was submitted.
