Idea Summary
It would be great to have the option to use a custom, self-hosted tile server for the maps region, for example OSM. This would allow to use more up-to-date maps data and make it possible to use APEX maps regions in sensitive environments where cloud-services (like Oracle Maps Server) are no viable option.

Additionally, an option to use your own geocoding service provider as a backend for the geocoding item would be interesting.

Use Case
- Use up-to-date map data (or other map providers), Oracle Maps are updated infrequently

- Make it possible to use maps regions in sensitive environments where cloud services like Oracle Maps Server could not be used
