Idea Summary
This is not a idea about an new feature or function. This is about a new service for anyone who looks for a given solution of a problem; just like the Apple App Store or Androide App Store, but with APPs which are build with APEX. 

Since the availability of PWA APEX-Apps could play a excellent role on millions of phones and pads.  

Use Case
Developers can present their Apps via the App-Store to the crowd- free or not free of charge.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
APEX APP-Store is a central APEX application. Apps-developer/owner can put their apps in that repository and the users can start and download/install them on their systems.
