Idea Summary
When you want to add additional where clause for the specific LOV page item, but don't want to add it in Shared components LOV. 

Use Case
This feature will alow to define LOv in Shared components with standard  where clause and it will allow to add specific where clause on page - item level based on context.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Adding additional attribute Where Clause on page item LOV section for the list of values type = Shared components.
