Idea Summary
When we are writing a PL/SQL Code or SQL query in DA So if we are used any page item so need to submit it. So Item To Submit option must be bypass .

Use Case
When we are creating DA 

Action > Execute Server Side Condition > PL/SQL  

which page item we are writing in PL/SQL Code so need to submit in Item to submit it is very hard to find or remind the items .

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Would prefer if remove this item to submit option or find any other easy way .
