Idea Summary
In version 22.1 you can upload and edit an icon. This functionality should be native and also available to developers.

Use Case
Every time you have to upload an image.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
The Plugin “File Upload and Image Editor” by FOEX (now Oracle). Will we have this plugin available native in APEX?

This has been delivered in Oracle APEX 23.2!
