Idea Summary
Currently plug-ins may only be installed at the application level. It would be nice to have a global-level plug-in, similar to the global items.

Use Case
There are many plug-ins that are used in multiple apps within a workspace, such as the APEX Office Print plug-ins, that are currently installed in individual applications. This normally isn't a big deal, but when there are updates for these plug-ins we then must go and install the new plug-in in each application where they are used. It would be nice to only have to update them in one place. The same would be true for plug-ins that we want to fully remove from the environment, where it would be nice to remove them from one place rather than app-by-app.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Add an area within Workspace Utilities where the global plug-ins could be displayed and maintained.
