Fix link builder for pages in other applications, wrong item selection and missing application selector

Idea Summary
 

When you set a link against another application, the items shown in the item search filter corresponds to the page in current application, not the target application.

Also we should have an application lov selector for easy searching that returns the app alias.

Use Case
Improve developer experience when building links against another applications.

This idea has been closed due to the lack of community activity during the period since it was submitted.
