Automatically collapse a region (charts/reports) when there is no data returned

Idea Summary
When there is no data returned for a chart or a report, it would be collapsed automatically, otherwise, it would get expanded.

Use Case
It would save space if the chart/report get collapsed when there's no data returned. And we would know that no data would display in the chart/report, so no need to expand. 

Preferred Solution (Optional)

This idea has been closed due to the lack of community activity during the period since it was submitted.
