Idea Summary
Previous versions supported this option; would like to see it returned.  “Paste” (ctrl+v; or Edit/Paste on menu) to add images to Rich Text edit box.

Use Case
The need to upload or link to images takes extra time, and is kind of a hassle.  The simple ability to paste would enrich and simplify the end user experience tremendously.
