Remember page and selection item for IG

Idea Summary
Remember page and row selected when you back on your page.

Use Case
When you edit row for IG in form page. When you back on your page with ig, it will be set ig on the same page and re-select the same row.

    This seems like a specific case of https://apex.oracle.com/ideas/FR-1843 . This is specific to IG whereas 1843 is for any applicable report region. But this one mentions selection state as well as pagination state which also makes sense.
