Use SQL to define Quick Picks and enable multi-select

Idea Summary
Quick picks is limited to 10 options. It would be useful if I could use SQL to dynamically define as many quick picks as I like.

Use Case
Quick picks currently are hard to make dynamic (although possible I think) and users may want more than 10 quick picks. Tags are a good use case. This is also the multi-select use case where you want to select more than one tag.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Have a SQL as source option for quick picks and also a mutiselect option.

Definitely need Quick Picks to respect multiple values. IE if the item allows multiple values, then the quick picks should add to the existing value and not overwrite it.
