After Refresh of Interactive Report stay on the selected page

j_schuster Public
· Dec 3 2021

When I change a row in IR on the second pagination page and click Save and refresh the IR the IR starts on the first pagination page again and the user does not get a visual feedback of the row he changed. Give me the chance to stay on the same pagination page, which should be the default 😉

This request is likely a duplicate of FR-1843.

I think you mean Interactive Grid, right?

And if you've deleted the only row on the second page? Or another user has loaded another 100 rows so that the changed row now appears on page 10?

No we don't use IG anymore, it's too expensive, it is IR

Sorry Juergen.. what are you changing and how in a row of an IR? do you mean you are say, on page 2+ of an IR, and click on an edit icon in the IR row, that opens a modal form, then you edit/save and are back to that report - you want it to stay on that page 2 instead of refreshing to page 1?

That's also a use case, but I click on an icon performing any action on this row changing it's content and then do a regular refresh of the IR. It should always stay on the page the refresh is invoked with an alternative to reset to page 1 again.
