Sticky Option to Region Display Selector

Sometimes we created some long regions body-height and ‘group’ them with Region Display Selector (Mode: View Single Region). In this case, users still need to back-and-forth scrolling up and down to move to another tab.

So, it would be nice if there is a ‘sticky’ option to the Region Display Selector. I believe this will increase the user experience.

We reviewed this idea carefully and came to the conclusion that it does not constitute an appropriate APEX feature request.

    Already available by locating the RDS in the Breadcrumb region position.

    For example: https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/apex_pm/r/ut/buttons

    It's ‘sticky’ because, on that sample, the Region Display Selector is located on the Breadcrumb Bar. But, in some cases, if you put the Region Display Selector under sub-region (Body position), it won't sticky. 

    This would happen.

    Hi @e.yulianto 

    I can't currently reproduce this when having the RDS in the breadcrumb position in APEX 23.1. 

    If you can provide more information on how to reproduce I can reopen this as a bug.

    @fac586 

    When we shrink the browser to mobile width, the breadcrumb with RDS is not sticky anymore. Is this by design?
