Idea Summary
This is a quite annoying behaviour and happens constantly when jumping between pages within the page designer page item selector.

You select for example page 4 from the page list, but if you jump to page 101 by modifying the item page selector, it doesn't change the navigator URL. So when you press F5 for refreshing the page, it brings you to the previous page edit (page 4), not page 101 as you would expect:
