Easy set of column width in IR just like in IG

Like in IR it should be a separate field to enter a fixed width of the column. In general it would make sense to align IR and IG features setting wise.

This request is likely a duplicate of FR-1907.

    I know I can give the column a Static-ID and apply a width CSS, but let's be honest how many of the APEX developer could even think of this workaround?
