set default left or right for icon position in buttons

We can set the display position for icons on buttons to right or left. Great, but it would be soo nice if we could switch from left to right at the theme level instead of at each individual button.

This request is likely a duplicate of FR-1580.

    I think this comes back to it being ideal to set Template Defaults at the application level

    Agree with Gemma: ability to set all template defaults for repository subscribed UT (there are many similar requests for this).

    Really need to be able to set defaults for a number of template options and other component settings at theme and application level: button icon position; button/item width; pagination scheme etc.
