Learn how to implement data sharing with PL/SQL using Delta Sharing protocol. Data sharing is making the same data available to one or many consumers. Nowadays, the ever-growing amount of data has become a strategic asset for any company. Sharing data - within your organization or externally - is an enabling technology for new business opportunities. Sharing data and consuming data from external sources allows to collaborate with partners, establish new partnerships and generate new revenue streams with data monetization.

  • Create, Populate, and Publish a Data Share
  • Create and Authorize the Data Share Recipient
  • Consume Data Share
  • Provision and use an ADB instance
  • Create and manage Oracle Object Storage buckets
  • Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL and PL/SQL is desirable, but not required
  • Some understanding of cloud and database terms is helpful
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is helpful
