In the Apex Builder, when you define a text field, under settings, Text Case option, it would be very good to add initcap

Idea Summary
In the Apex Builder, when you define a text field, under settings, Text Case option, it would be very good to add initcap.  Currently, the values are:  No Change, Upper, Lower.

Use Case
Initcaps is just as common/handy to have in this list as the other operations.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Add the option to the drop down menu for Text Case.

This is currently on the roadmap for a future release of Oracle APEX.
