Idea Summary
Workspace Banners are a nice touch, however it would be useful to be able to mange these from the INTERNAL Workspace, rather than having to jump into each Workspace individually.

It would also be useful to be able to include substitution strings like the DB and Workspace name.

Use Case
In a multi Workspace environment, it's very useful to set appropriate messages in the Environment Banner. At the moment, it looks like each Banner has to be set within the Workspace, but I would be easier for Administrators to manage this from the INTERNAL Workspace, rather than have to log into individual Worksapces to make changes.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
It would be nice for this to be added to the Existing Workspace managment screen, or a new report to be able to quckly set values and colours with a modal.
