Release Websheets as a Sample Application

Idea Summary
APEX 4 included a product called Websheets that allowed end users to quickly create their own web content and tap into tables and views from the database. Users could create presentations from their content. (https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/appdev/apex/more-websheets.html) The product had great potential, but was never developed after it's initial release. While it may not be feasible to support anymore, I think it would make a great sample application for custom use.

Use Case
Having to compete with Sharepoint, it would nice if there was a similar product on the APEX side. I've often wanted to create a wiki / spreadsheet / presentation application to build on our data, but it was always easier to copy data assets and use something like Sharepoint.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Instead of trying to support a product like Websheet, I believe it (or some modernized revision of it) should be added to the sample applications, so developers could build these wiki / spreadsheet / presentation applications from a good starting point.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that due to all the internal implications we need to take into account, it is unlikely to make its way into APEX.

    Hi @maik.c.flanagin you have good memory, this is from 10 years ago! Unfortunately this code is long gone and unmaintainable. We can't really publish a sample app with websheets anymore.
