Provides  graphical view of database table connections

Preferred Solution (Optional)
Provide ER diagrams view of Database as in other Oracle products

This is a great idea! You can already achieve this in APEX today with a slightly different approach.

    This is already a feature of Database Actions, SQL Developer Web. QuickSQL has support for this too during data model design.
