Integrate the desktop-version of Data Modeler into APEX.

Use Case
The Database Foundations course teaches about data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) and then about SQL with the use of a database created with APEX. The Data Modeler accessed from Oracle Database Actions has fewer features than the downloadable (desktop) version of Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler. Having the full-fledged Data Modeler integrated into APEX would help students to easily access both Data Modeler and APEX in one web application. Being able to collaborate in APEX also opens the opportunity for students to collaborate in data modeling, engineering the relational model, and generating the DDL that can be used in APEX.
