Approvals - refresh task participants

Idea Summary
APEX_HUMAN_TASK API to refresh task participant list of each task by participant type.

Use Case
It's not possible to bulk update all participants if participant source is changed for any reason.

Preferred Solution
Possibly 2 different API-s for all tasks of task definition and participant type, or by each task and participant type.
Each API should use participant source defined in task definition.

This is planned for a future APEX release.
