Is there any possibility to generate Oracle APEX Workflows by using Generative AI similar to the feature to create Web Apps?

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that it is unlikely to make its way into APEX in the foreseeable future.

GenAI in APEX capabilities in APEX will expand significantly in the future, however generating workflows is currently not on the short term roadmap. Hope we can revisit this in the future.
