Dashboard regions drag and drop to change position?

Idea Summary
Users want to change regions on dashboard position change or remove/hide using drag and drop.

Use Case
Every user having his/her own way to monitoring and analysis so they want to keep their own sequence of regions/charts on the Dashboard page.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
User should be able to change or hide/unhide regions using drag and drop so they can bring high priority on top and this should be saved so next time will display on same location/position. Sizes of each region is fixed so layout will remain same.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that it is unlikely to make its way into APEX in the foreseeable future.

    The use case is understandable. However the page rendering engine which is based on your page designer configuration, would make this layout override per user quite complex and unlikely to prioritize. I can imagine a plugin offering this behavior as an addon.
