Opening and saving files in SQL commands

Idea Summary
It must be posible to open a file in SQL workshop / SQL commands, then to edit it, run it and save it under the same filename. I don't know of another pl/sql editor where this is not possible.

Use Case
The source of databaseobject is often a file and not the database object itself.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that due to all the internal implications we need to take into account, it is unlikely to make its way into APEX.

    Hi @lhutter , have you looked into SQL Developer Web? This might be the more advanced SQL commands you are looking for.
