add one option to add selection to Add row at first / Last in Interactive grid

Use Case
I have some reports where client are asking to add row at the last only same as some are asking to add the row at first only. So each time we need to right Javascript for the same. Will be helpful if we can add that.

Preferred Solution (Optional)
In a Report Property, 1 selection option should be there to add row at? (First, Last, Next to selected row)
