Idea Summary
In the APEX Builder, a lot of selects are implemented as old fashioned simple select lists.

For example the List of Values select list and the authorization scheme select list. These are terrible to work with if there are hundreds of values to select from

Migrate all traditional select lists to Popup LOV's with search functionalty.
