APEX logs declarative archive

Idea Summary

Declarative way to preserve APEX logs indefinitely.

Use Case
When APEX logs are needed to be preserved indefinitely (etc. regulations), it would be useful to have declarative way of doing that. 
In the documentation is instruction to create custom batch job and custom table for archive. (docs)

Preferred Solution
Enable APEX log archive structures to preserve logs indefinitely.

We reviewed this idea carefully, and while it was interesting, we concluded that due to all the internal implications we need to take into account, it is unlikely to make its way into APEX.

    Different countries have different regulations, which makes it difficult for APEX to model a single regulatory archive model. This is a great example of what can be done using automations and custom tables for your exact regulation needs.
